This is a traditional Japanese confection made with sweet red bean paste crafted from Hokkaido azuki beans, gently wrapped in a soft and fluffy dorayaki pancake.

From a sustainability perspective, the batter is prepared using Dubai’s locally sourced honey, “Hatta Honey.”
