6. Loyalty Program and Membership

  • Loyalty points and rewards are non-transferable.

  • In cases of fraudulent use, membership may be suspended or revoked immediately.

Membership Tiers and Benefits:

  • Normal Card: 1% points earned on eligible purchases.
  • Gold Card: 1.5% points earned on eligible purchases (minimum annual spend of AED 25,000).
  • Platinum Card: 2% points earned on eligible purchases (minimum annual spend of AED 50,000).
  • Black Card: 3% points earned on eligible purchases (minimum annual spend of AED 100,000).

7. Annual Spend

Annual spend is calculated on a rolling 12-month basis and is subject to verification by the Company.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, designs, and software, is the property of the Company or its licensors.
  • Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the website or services.
  • In all cases, the Company's liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the purchased goods.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
